Más de 5 mil contribuyentes que aprovecharon los beneficios del Programa Lo Legal aún no han recogido sus verificaciones, por lo que la Secretaria de Finanzas (SEFIN) les hace un llamado para que realicen dicho trámite y eviten cobros adicionales.

Jorge Miranda, secretario de finanzas, recalcó la importancia de cumplir con este trámite, porque de no hacerlo, perderían los beneficios del programa puesto en marcha por el Gobernador Alejandro Tello en octubre próximo pasado.

Lo Legal consistió en que con solo un pago de 500 pesos, los propietarios de motocicletas lograron el registro y regularización de su unidad motriz, acción con la cual, además se coadyuvó en los programas de seguridad implementados por Gobierno del estado.

Derivado del programa, actualmente en las oficinas centrales de la Secretaría de Finanzas existen más de 3 mil documentos que amparan la verificación de estas unidades que fueron tramitadas de octubre a diciembre del año pasado, mismos que no han sido recogidas por sus propietarios.

Asimismo, agregó que en las recaudaciones de Jerez, Fresnillo, Pinos y Loreto, existen poco más de 2 mil verificaciones que igualmente no han sido recogidas, y en el mismo tenor hizo el llamado a sus propietarios para que lo hagan a la brevedad posible, de lo contrario perderían los beneficios de este programa único en el país.

El Programa Lo Legal tuvo vigencia hasta el último día del mes de diciembre del 2019 y a partir del primero de enero de este año, toda unidad que no esté regularizada será retenida por 72 horas y no será entregada a sus propietarios hasta que salde sus adeudos pendientes, además de hacerse acreedores de multas por no portar el casco, en caso de que así ocurra.

Cabe señalar que Lo Legal rebasó toda expectativa, ya que a la fecha son casi 40 mil las motocicletas regularizadas y registradas a lo largo y ancho del estado, destacó Jorge Miranda.
