Luego de que Soledad Luévano Cantú acusó al gobernador Alejandro Tello Cristerna de tener una nómina secreta para pagarle «a los funcionarios consentidos de su administración», el secretario de Finanzas, Jorge Miranda Castro, respondió que en este momento «la descalificación permanente y sistemática no le abona al clima de concordia que Zacatecas necesita».
Por medio de mensajes a través de Facebook, Luévano Cantú, quien encabeza a la asociación civil Soledad Ciudadana, acusó al gobernador Tello Cristerna de tener una nómina secreta de 678 millones de pesos.
«Esos bonos son completamente inmorales, sus funcionarios no pueden vivir como reyes mientras los ciudadanos trabajan de sol a sol para pagar más impuestos».
Reiteró que la supuesta nómina secreta que distribuirá «no tiene reglas de operación, eso se llama discrecionalidad y abuso de poder, por eso le propongo que elimine esa nómina secreta y que en su lugar se apruebe una ley de eficiencia gubernamental».
Incluso, propuso la distribución de esos recursos.
«Puede destinar 300 millones para subsidiar el 100% del impuesto a la infraestructura y un porcentaje del refrendo vehicular… con los otros 378 millones su gobierno puede autorizar un subsidio al transporte público, para garantizar que todos los estudiantes, madres solteras, adultos mayores y personas con discapacidad puedan acceder al transporte público de forma gratuita».
Este jueves, Jorge Miranda escribió en la misma red social.
«La molestia de la población es absolutamente comprensible y nos exige a todos una conducción seria y responsable, particularmente a los actores políticos, que derive en propuestas y respuestas, la descalificación permanente y sistemática no le abona al clima de concordia que Zacatecas necesita».
Por ello, llamó a Luévano Cantú a » iniciar en breve, un diálogo franco y abierto, que nos permita dar respuesta puntual a todos y cada uno de sus planteamientos».
» En días sombríos y de profunda crispación social es fundamental reflexionar con serenidad», añadió.
