Gobierno del Estado, a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano, Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial (Seduvot), realizó la firma 103 predios del fraccionamiento Viñedos del municipio de Loreto, para generar la certeza del mismo número de viviendas.
Por instrucciones del mandatario estatal Alejandro Tello, la Seduvot, en un tiempo aproximado de dos meses entregará los títulos que acrediten la propiedad de los predios que tiene más 15 años en la irregularidad, con lo que se beneficiaría a más de 460 habitantes del fraccionamiento.
María Guadalupe López Marchán, titular de la Seduvot, mencionó que al concluir el proceso de regularización, los propietarios de los predios tendrán seguridad de su patrimonio, con lo que podrán vender o heredar su vivienda.
La funcionaria explicó que Viñedos, se originó como un fraccionamiento rural, por lo que se tuvo que trabajar para pasarlo al régimen de fraccionamientos urbanos, lo que dificultó los trámites administrativos correspondientes.
En el evento estuvieron presentes José Luis Figueroa Rangel, presidente municipal de Loreto; Pedro de la Cruz Mares, sub secretario de Regularización de la Tenencia de la Tierra; y Arturo Caldera de Haro, coordinador regional de la Seduvot, entre otros.
