El Gobierno Estatal recategorizará a 380 trabajadoras y trabajadores con 27 años o más de antigüedad en la administración pública, como reconocimiento a su labor y entrega; asimismo, premió a 108 trabajadores, distinguidos por su responsabilidad y eficiencia en el servicio público.
Mediante un mensaje transmitido al conmemorar el Día del Servidor Público y el XXXII Aniversario del Issstezac, el Gobernador Alejandro Tello anunció la publicación de un Decreto Gubernativo, que establece dicha recategorización, en beneficio de quienes han entregado gran parte de su vida en el gobierno estatal.
El mandatario zacatecano también reconoció la labor de los más de 10 mil trabajadores y trabajadoras del Gobierno del Estado; además, ofreció seguir garantizando mejores condiciones laborales y una mejor calidad de vida para ellos y sus familias.
De igual manera, el Jefe del Ejecutivo hizo un llamado a continuar trabajando unidos, con el mismo esfuerzo de siempre, por el gran proyecto que se llama Zacatecas.
A su vez, el Secretario General de Gobierno, Jehú Eduí Salas Dávila, dijo que para el gobierno estatal el activo más importante son sus trabajadores, mujeres y hombres comprometidos con el desarrollo de la entidad y que hacen posible el funcionamiento diario de las instituciones al servicio de la ciudadanía.
Por su parte, el Director General del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Trabajadores del Estado de Zacatecas (Issstezac), Francisco Javier Martínez, refrendó el compromiso de continuar con los esfuerzos para el fortalecimiento financiero, con honestidad, transparencia y eficiencia.
Además, informó que en el actualidad, el Issstezac otorga 3 mil 624 pensiones que permiten la subsistencia digna de igual número de familias zacatecanas y que fueron aprobadas 142 más.
Jorge Alejandro Escobedo Armengol, secretario de Administración, dijo que el talento humano es el recurso más importante con que cuenta el Gobierno de Tello; por eso ha trabajado para generar mejores condiciones, con la finalidad de que las y los servidores públicos desarrollen todas sus capacidades, y muestra de lo anterior es el decreto de recategorización dado a conocer por el mandatario.
Cabe mencionar que, tal y como se hace cada año, la administración estatal rifó un vehículo, un viaje a una playa y varios electrodomésticos a los trabajadores que se reunieron en la conmemoración del Día del Servidor Público, realizada en el auditorio Ernesto Juárez Frías de Ciudad Administrativa.
