Por lo menos 29 concesiones del transporte público, entregadas en la administración de Miguel Alejandro Alonso Reyes, podrían ser revocadas debido al cúmulo de anomalías que se registraron para su entrega.
Las mismas fueron entregadas a familiares de funcionarios o a personas que desempañaban cargos dentro de la administración pública estatal en el periodo 2010 – 2016.
Paula Rey Ortiz Medina, secretaria de la Función Pública (SFPZ) en la entidad, detallo que luego de revisar 387 concesiones de transporte público entregadas por la pasada administración estatal, se detectaron irregularidades en 29.
Los resultados de esta revisión serán retomados por la Coordinación General Jurídica (CGJ) para que, a partir de este lunes, se inicien los procedimientos individuales contras estas personas.
Con ello, se pretende comprobar la validez y legalidad de las concesiones entregadas el año pasado.
Afirmó que más allá de los encontrado por la SFPZ, cada concesionario tiene el derecho de defenderse y éste se respetará; “como autoridad administrativa nos impone la responsabilidad de escucharlos y de que tengan la oportunidad de defenderse”.
Explicó que -jurídicamente- la concesión puede extinguirse de tres formas: la revocación, la extinción y la nulidad; las dos primeras son responsabilidad del titular del Poder Ejecutivo y la tercera está en manos del Poder Judicial.
Acompañada por Fabiola Torres Torres, secretaria General de Gobierno, Ortiz Medina precisó que buscarán que la decisión de la cancelación de estas concesiones quede en manos del Poder Judicial.
Además, informó que continúa el proceso en el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo (TCA) donde existe un procedimiento de responsabilidad administrativa contra diversos funcionarios de la pasada amdministración, interpuesta por los taxistas.
Las deficiencias y omisiones serán procesadas en 29 situaciones individuales y estarán siendo conocidas y examinadas por el Poder Judicial del estado, quien determinará la legalidad o no del procedimiento”, argumentó.
