Con recursos del programa de Contingencias Económicas, el Gobierno del Estado, a través de la Secretaría de Infraestructura (Sinfra), construye un salón de usos múltiples en este municipio, con inversión de 1.5 millones de pesos.
Francisco Ibargüengoytia Borrego, titular de la Sinfra, dijo que actualmente se realizan los trabajos de construcción de espacios como la plaza de acceso, vestíbulo, recepción, cafetería y servicios sanitarios para hombres y mujeres.
También tendrá salas general y de velación; altar, bodega, acceso de cuerpo, dormitorios, dos sépticos, área verde y estacionamiento, todo ello para que sea una obra integral en beneficio de la población.
Ibargüengoytia Borrego comentó que el área más importante de la obra será la sala de velación, según expresó el alcalde Omar Ramírez Ortiz, debido a que la gente solicitó dicho espacio al Gobernador Miguel Alonso Reyes.
